- Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS and Sales (required).
- 1+ years of experience managing Channel Partners (advantage).
- Strong sales background with a proven track record of leading full sales cycles.
- Experience with account and quota planning.
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners.
- Ability to build and expand a partner ecosystem and establish strong regional partner coverage.
- Ability to lead partners through AI transformation and upskill them around AI solutions.
- Experience working with the Middle Eastern market is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, with outstanding communication skills (verbal & written).
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and proactive team player.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
