- 2-3 years of experience in a role requiring a high level of analytical expertise and strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree in management consulting, finance, business analysis, etc.
- Great interpersonal skills and strong communicator
- Problem-solver and resourceful
- Willingness to step up to greater responsibility and strong desire to contribute to overall goals
- Fintech background - advantage
- Experience in a customer-facing role - advantage
- Experience working in a fast-growth B2B SaaS setting - advantage
