- M.Sc. or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in inkjet inks
- Strong understanding of inkjet ink principles - advantage
- Proven experience leading research and technical projects
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
