- 7+ years of experience implementing or improving Finance systems and processes
- Strong hands-on NetSuite implementation and configuration experience
- Demonstrated experience translating accounting and Finance requirements into working system solutions
- Practical experience automating Finance or accounting processes
- Strong understanding of core accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial data
- Experience leading implementation projects end-to-end — requirements gathering, process design, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and user training
- Hands-on experience implementing AI, Generative AI, or advanced workflow-automation solutions in a business environment
- Experience working with APIs, data integrations, or automation platforms
- Familiarity with SQL, data models, BI tools, or scripting languages
- Understanding of AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and secure access to
